Return & Refund Policy – WiseDynamic IT
At WiseDynamic IT, we provide digital services such as app development, website development, software solutions, and IT support. Since our products are digital and service-based, we follow a clear and fair refund policy:
1. Non-Refundable Services
Most of our services are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered, including:
Completed app & website development projects
Design, coding, and digital assets
Installed software or delivered source code
Custom development work
Once a project or milestone is delivered, refunds cannot be issued.
2. Refund Eligibility (Special Cases)
A partial or full refund may be considered only if:
Work has not started yet after payment.
The project is canceled by WiseDynamic IT for technical or internal reasons.
There is a clear failure to deliver according to the initial agreement (after verification).
All refund requests must be reviewed and approved by our management team.
